Hiya Megan!
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing your question our way!
I’m so sorry to hear that, like so many other families, your
Disneyland Resort vacation plans were interrupted. But, rest assured you’ll be able to take a magical vacation when the time is right for you. According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. When you’re ready to visit, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
Also, the Disneyland Resort announced expiration date extensions for wholly unused, non-promotional multi-day tickets that expire on January 12, 2021 or April 13, 2021. These tickets will now have the
expiration date extended to December 16, 2021.
If you have additional questions, please reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there would be happy to answer any other questions you may have.
Thank you for stopping by planDisney! Please continue to bring us your questions in the future!
