I am a deceased Veterans military daughter. Am I eligible for the Disney salute park pass. Thanks so much

Greetings, Gina, and thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel for help with your vacation planning. My brother is an active Coast Guard member, so I hope I can share a little more information about the way he and I have visited the parks together.

The Disney 4-Day Military Promotional Ticket or the Disney 5-Day Military Promotional Ticket is only available to Eligible Service Members, which according to Disney’s rules and regulations, are active or retired members of the U.S. military only. This includes the National Guard, Reservists, the U.S. Coast Guard, the Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Service (PHS), and the Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

Because valid military identification is required for purchase, unless you are active or retired, or the spouse of military service members with valid U.S. military ID, you will not be eligible for this ticket package. My brother and I typically purchase our military tickets from The Shades of Green Resort, where we have also stayed on Walt Disney World Property. If you do have a valid military ID, be sure you read up on the Military Ticket offers, which include a Park Hopper Option, so you can criss cross through the parks each day of your ticket. Thank you to your parent for their selfless service to our country, and I hope you have a wonderful vacation! ~ Lindsey P.
