I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with
My Disney Experience. Technical difficulties aren't at all magical! There is no way to reassign a
MagicBand online, but not to fret. I suggest calling the My Disney Experience Team at (407) 939-4357. A MagicBand specialist there will be able to reassign the MagicBand to your son right away. When you call, just be sure to have all your information on hand, including your Disney Resort hotel reservation number. You can also wait until you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort to get the MagicBand reassigned. If you stop by Guest Services at your Disney Resort hotel or any one of the four theme parks, a Cast Member will be happy to assist you!

Know Before You Go section of the Walt Disney World Resort website. It has lots of important information about the health and safety measures that are being taken in
and out of the theme parks!
