    HI! This will be our 2nd Dec. visit to WDW, the prior being 10+ yrs ago. We'll be there Dec. 10 - 18th. Wondering what the crowd levels will be? I'm told that we should avoid the Extra Magic Hours parks for crowd reasons, would that apply now?

    Hi Kerry!

         Congratulations on planning for your second Walt Disney World vacation in December 2013!  A lot has changed in Walt Disney World since ten years ago so you will have lots of new and exciting things to see and do!  You have picked a wonderful time to vacation in Walt Disney World because the beginning of December until around the 17th or 18th of December typically is a lower crowd time with amazing weather in Walt Disney World!  I would not avoid Extra Magic Hours during your vacation because it is a less crowded time in Walt Disney World and you can do a lot of rides and attractions during the Extra Magic Hours.

    I hope that your second Walt Disney World vacation in December of 2013 is truly magical in every way!
