    Hello, In Dec 2014 my husband and I are going to Disney World for the first time ever ( over 50).. I am an enormous fan of Mary Poppins, and I am wondering if there will be anything extra special for the 50th anniversary. Thanks Lennie

    Hello, Lenore!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

    Happy New Year!  I love hearing from guests as they prepare for their first ever Walt Disney World vacation. I am so excited that you and your husband will soon discover what the MAGIC is all about.  December truly seems so far off, but it will be knocking on our door before we know it.  

    I am also a huge fan of Mary Poppins!  I am pretty sure you have seen Saving Mr. Banks.  Great movie indeed!  I am always looking for any new updates when it comes to Mary Poppins, but at this time, we have not been given any new information.  You may want to keep a close eye on the official DISNEY PARKS BLOG as this is where they tend to release new information concerning new celebrations.  You can find her daily at the United Kingdom pavilion at Epcot.  Also, should you decide to dine at the SUPERCALIFRAGILISTIC Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare in the Grand Floridian, she will be sure to stop by your table to thank you for coming.  Of course, all characters are subject to change, but I'm pretty sure you'll be safe.
