    Hi, Deborah. My family(DH, DS12, DD9, & I) have ADR at Chefs de France. How can I find out if Remy will make his rounds while we are there? I've read several recommendations to make sure he is available during my ADR, but I can't find that info. anywhe

    Hi there, Rebecca!

    Thanks, first of all, for checking in with me :)

    Six days a week, four times a day (subject to change), a maître d’ rolls out a gourmet food cart.

    He or she stops periodically and lifts the gleaming lid off a domed cheese platter. Beneath? The Chef:  a six-inch-tall rat decked out in a miniature traditional chef's toque.

    Chef Remy then comes to life, entertaining diners and stopping at each table to greet his diners. He will sniffle, laugh, and even dance to the enjoyment of his fans.

    The times are approximate, but he seems to move amongst his fans at 12:30 PM, 1:40 PM, 2:50 PM,  and 5:20 PM Monday through Saturday. Each circuit of the restaurant takes approximately forty minutes.

    You'll want to get a seating that overlaps one of those times, and do confirm with your maître d' at check-in that the chef will be greeting that day.
