Hey there, Alexandra! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney. Thank you so much for stopping by with your question!

Oh bother! I'm so sorry to hear that your debit card was stolen, and I truly hope that you've been able to replace it with your bank. Regarding your Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park tickets, I don't want you to worry! If you already have your confirmation number, all you need to do is input it into your My Disney Experience account and you'll be all set.

To do this, simply head on to the Walt Disney World Resort website, hover over the My Disney Experience tab, and click on My Plans. Once here, you'll need to scroll down, hover over the Theme Park Tickets bubble, and click on Link Tickets. Now, all you need to do is write your confirmation number in the cell in order to link and claim your tickets. After this, the website will take you through the next steps!

Alexandra, I do want to take this moment to encourage you to make your Theme Park reservations as soon as you've linked them to your account. You won't want to show up to the Theme Parks without reservations... trust me!

I hope that my answer has helped clarify things for you, Alexandra. Please don't hesitate to come back and ask us any other questions you might have in English, Spanish, or Portuguese! We're always happy to help.

    See you real soon,
