    The debit card I used to reserve our trip and set up for charging privelages was stolen and cancelled. Do I need to call and inform of my new number ahead of time or when we arrive?

    So sorry to hear about the theft of your credit card.  You can either call to update your charging information prior to your arrival by logging into "My Vacation" on Disney World.com or by calling 407-WDISNEY, or you can wait until you arrive at your resort for check in!  It's completely up to you!
