My debit card is lost how will I be able to pick up my tickets

    Hi Alyssa!

I'm sure you must be so excited knowing you will be at Walt Disney World Resort tomorrow!

I chatted with a Cast Member and he asked me to assure you Guest Relations has a way to work around this given your situation, so don't worry.

In order to verify your tickets, he suggested that you bring your Photo ID and confirmation number. You might also want to bring a copy of your bank statement to confirm the charge.

If you have any other questions or concerns, you can contact a Cast Member in Existing Tickets at (407) 566-4985.

I hope you are able to get your debit card replaced soon! I'm sending pixie-dust your way!

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Have a magical vacation!
