Hi Michelle,
Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
My family and I have purchased Premium Annual Passes for Walt Disney World using the Disney Vacation Club discount when it has been offered. We love our Premium Annual Passes! The discount for Disney Vacation Club Members is great, and the Premium Annual Pass offers so much, including, as you point out, admission to the Disney Water Parks. We love both
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park and visit them on nearly every trip, so the Premium Annual Pass is a great deal for us.
I also love the time of year that you are planning to visit. The autumn months are still quite warm in the Orlando area, but not as hot as it can be in the middle of summer. During October, the average high temperature is 85 degrees Fahrenheit, and during November the average high temperature is 79 degrees Fahrenheit. To me, this means that it typically is warm enough to visit a water park, especially in October. If you come in November, I would just suggest that you check the weather forecast for the time that you are visiting and plan your water park day for a warm day. Also, do be aware that Disney generally closes one water park at a time for maintenance in the cooler months. This may or may not impact the time that you are traveling, but be sure to check the website closer to the time of your travel to see if that water park that you want to visit is open.
I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Michelle. Have a wonderful time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
