We are debating on taking the umbrella stroller or the medium sized one? Any suggestions? I want to take the medium one for storage and cup holders but my husband is worried that it will be too bulky on the plane and on the buses.

    Hi Katie,

I say, when in doubt, bring the stroller with extra bells and whistles.  You don't mention how old your child is, however, if s/he still naps and/or will be spending the bulk of your park time seated in a stroller, a model with a good canopy, some storage underneath, cup holder and the ability to recline can be very helpful.  I wouldn't worry about managing your stroller on the buses, monorails and boats.  You will see a wide variety of strollers, including bulky doubles (I'm generally the one carrying that type!) on buses.  There is generally plenty of room under the seats, or you can hold your folded stroller in front of your lap when you board.  I've also maneuvered through all three New York City airports with a double stroller and have been fine.  In fact, I found it easier to keep my kids safely contained in front of me when I was travelling alone with them.  I had no trouble folding the stroller and getting it through security.  I'm guessing you will be fine too!

    Have a magical trip.
