We are debating staying the the cabins at fort wilderness Nov 9-16th. I've heard mixed reviews regarding the travel (bus and then boat) to the parks from cabins. What have you heard?

    Hi Lori,

I can't tell you what I've heard about transportation from The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort    , but I can share with you my own personal experience. We stayed at a cabin last year and had no issues with transportation. The key for us was renting a golf cart. We were able to zip over to the boat dock or to the main bus stop at the front of the resort in a jiffy, so we avoided taking the resort loop buses. There is plenty of golf cart parking available in both areas, too. We also loved having a golf cart so we could zip over to Meadow Trading Post for snacks or supplies or to the pool area. I highly recommend renting a golf cart to make the most of your stay at Fort Wilderness.

Please let me know if you have any other questions, Lori.

    Have a magical day,
    Ashley
