Debating between a preferred room at Pop Century or standard room at Caribbean Beach because of the main pool that my kids would love. Looking at the map I'm a little afraid that a standard room could put us very far from the pool. How big is Caribbean?

    Hi Kathleen,

Disney's Caribbean Beach resort is my kid's favorite because of the amazing pool!  The Fuentes del Morro Pool offers splashtastic fun for the whole family with slides, zero-entry and a kiddie splash zone. While the Caribbean Beach property is fairly large, we have never thought it to be too much of a walk to Old Port Royale and the pool.  Even from the furthest rooms, we have found it to be about a 10-minute walk.  Although Disney cannot guarantee it, you are able to request one of the closer, non-preferred rooms for your stay.  Martinique buildings 21, 22, and 23 are all relatively close.

I hope you have a wonderful vacation.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren
