Hi there! Debating between the POFQ & the Boardwalk. I know the FQ has a great kiddie splash area & was wondering if the Boardwalk Inn has something similar for a 4 year old?

    Hi Charlene,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

I think that you are debating between two great resorts. My family and I just returned from a stay at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter. I found that I loved the theme there, and taking a boat to Disney Springs was a nice way to travel to a night out. Disney's BoardWalk Inn is one of my favorite resorts at Walt Disney World. I enjoy the hustle and bustle around Crescent Lake, and the ability to walk or take a boat to both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios is wonderful!

The Doubloon Lagoon Pool at Disney's Port Orleans - French Quarter is indeed fun and has a huge water play area for the little ones. There is not a water play area at Luna Park Pool at Disney's BoardWalk Inn. It does; however, feature a kiddie pool and an adjacent small playground.

I truly do love each of these resorts, Charlene, and I do not think you can go wrong in your choice. I hope that these thoughts have been helpful for you. Please do let us know if you have any further questions!
