    Dear Terry, I just read your answer to the question about exchanging meal credits for snack credits. In October I tried to do that at the cashier and they told me it had to be done at customer service. Has that changed?

    Hi Farrel!

    I just contacted Disney Dining to confirm, and apparently it's left up to the dining facility on whether to honor snack conversions. I did this twice with no problems. Once at the Intermission Food Court at All- Star Music Resort back in June, and again at the Contempo Cafe' at the Contemporary Resort in December. But apparently this isn't honored globally...
