Dear sir/madam, I was wondering that I could buy an annual pass without having Florida ID like driving license. There is a housing confirmation which my school publish whose my address is Florida. I also have Japanese passport. If possible, I want buy it.

    Hello!

Thank you for reaching out with your question about purchasing a Florida Resident Annual Pass. To qualify for the Florida Resident discount, Walt Disney World Resort requires proof of Florida residency, which typically includes a valid Florida driver’s license, Florida state ID, or Florida-based military ID. Unfortunately, other documents, such as school housing confirmations, are not accepted as proof of residency on their own.

However, if you don’t have a Florida ID yet, there are additional options! You may be able to use bills (such as utility bills, bank statements, or homeowners' insurance) dated within the past two months that include your Florida address. A valid lease agreement is also accepted. When paired with a government-issued ID, like your Japanese passport, these documents can serve as proof of residency.

You’re welcome to bring these documents in person to Guest Services at any of the theme parks or Disney Springs, where a Cast Member will review them and assist with the purchase. If these requirements aren’t currently feasible, you can still purchase a regular Annual Pass that does not require Florida residency verification and enjoy the same magical access to the parks.

I hope this helps! Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any further questions.

Wishing you a wonderful time at Walt Disney World Resort!
