Bright suns, Arnel! Thanks for stopping by planDisney on your way to the planet Batuu. It's great to see you back here with another question, and I would be happy to help you plan your
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge adventure!
My son is on the autism spectrum, and he uses
Disability Access Service (DAS) when we visit
Walt Disney World Resort. The Force is strong in my family, and we are eagerly anticipating joining Rey and her friends in an epic battle against the First Order the next time we travel to a galaxy far, far away. For this reason, I reached out to a
Disability Services Cast Member to inquire about how Disability Access Service works with
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. I was told that you may use Disability Access Service to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. However, like all Guests, you must first
join a virtual queue boarding group to access this incredible new attraction.
The procedures for joining a boarding group are subject to change at any time, so be sure to follow the
Disney Parks Blog for all of the latest announcements regarding Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. Currently, Guests visiting
Disney's Hollywood Studios may use their
My Disney Experience mobile app to attempt to join a boarding group at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Once your boarding group is called, you may speak to a Cast Member at the attraction entrance, and they will show you where to go to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance using Disability Access Service.
If you have any additional questions about Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance or any other aspect of your galactic travels, hop in the
Millennium Falcon, make the jump to light speed, and chart a course for planDisney. May the Force be with you!
