Hi, Arnel! It's great to see you back here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
When my family and I visit the
Walt Disney World Resort, we always factor some time into our itinerary to explore
Disney Springs. At Disney Springs, you'll find a variety of unique shops.
World of Disney is my go-to spot for vacation souvenirs. For a delicious meal, your options are seemingly endless!
The BOATHOUSE and
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' are two of my favorite Disney Springs restaurants. Disney Springs is also a great place to just sit back, relax, and take in some
entertainment or enjoy a drink at one of the lounges, such as
Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar.
If you wish to travel from your
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel to Disney Springs,
buses typically begin operating 45 minutes before Disney Springs opens. To check the hours for Disney Springs, click on the link in the upper left-hand corner of the Disney Springs webpage that I linked to in the above paragraph.
If you plan to visit the
theme parks earlier in the day and then head over to Disney Springs, buses do not start running from the parks to Disney Springs until 4:00 p.m. If you need to travel from one of the theme parks to Disney Springs earlier in the day, don't worry, you still have some options. You could hop on a bus to any of the resort hotels, and then catch that resort's bus to Disney Springs. Another super convenient mode of transportation is the
Disney Minnie Van Service. You can use the Lyft app on your phone to request and pay for a Minnie Van, and a Cast Member will quickly arrive to whisk you away to Disney Springs (or anywhere else on Walt Disney World Resort property) in adorable, polka-dot style.
If we can help you with anything else, Arnel, please visit us again. See ya real soon!
Samantha
