Dear Panel... Planning a first trip to WDW for the summer..family of 4...girl of10 and boy of 8... I dont have a clue!! Trying to decide on whether to stay at a Disney Resort or any other hotel.. Want to get as much Disney experience as possible.

Hi, Becky,   If you want that full "Disney Experience" I suggest staying on property.   This will give you Disney Magic 24/7!

By staying at a Disney Resort, you get complimentary transportation to and from the airport and you get to enjoy Extra Magic Hours.    Once at your resort, Disney transportation will take you wherever you need to go - theme parks, Downtown Disney, or water parks.

There are resorts to fit any budget:  value, moderate, or deluxe.   Click HERE to compare resort options.     To start the planning process, click HERE for a Vacation Booking Guide that will walk you through the entire process.   If  you get to spot where you have questions, drop us a note with your question so we can help you out!

Good luck planning your family vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
