Hi Ellen, Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel, your trip is just around the corner and it's nice to hear from people that are pulling together all their final details! I recommend bringing your own stroller for a child this age. The rental strollers do have a strap, however the strollers are a hard plastic, they do not recline and simply don't offer the storage space needed to hold a diaper bag and all the "stuff" that babies require. The other benefit of using your own stroller is having it when you are not in the park. The rental stroller must be left at the exit of each park, so that walk to the bus/monorail/parking lot can feel endless with a tired baby and all their cargo!
