    Dear Mumms panel. We have reservations for restaurantvisits. But how does it work. Do we meet in advance or just at time? What about tips? We are from Denmark so we are not familiar to tips...How much is the average tips? Best Mickey wishes from Alice

    Hallo Alice!

    We like to arrive at the restaurant about 10 minutes before our reservation time. When you get to the restaurant let the Disney Cast Member who is waiting by the front door know your name and reservation time.  They will let you know what to do next!

    For tips... if there are more than 6 people in your party the restaurant will automatically add 18% to your bill for tip.

    If your party has less than 6 people then you will decide how much to leave. The standard tip to leave in the United States is 15% to 20% of your total bill.  15% is basic and give 20% if your server was wonderful and helped make your meal fantastic!

    The last time I was in Disney I noticed that at the bottom of the paper check that was brought at the end of my dinner it had a guide telling me how much I could leave for a tip! This was fantastic as it took away having to worry about how much to leave. So, please look at the bottom of your check!
