    Dear Moms~With the Disney Dining Plan, am I able to pay for just the gratuity with my Disney Chase Rewards Card? EX: at Be Our Guest for dinner (will use 2 table credits off the Disney Dining Plan) and I want to pay gratuity with Disney Chase Reward Card.

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm happy to help with your question.

    I'm sure you are getting excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and I'm so glad to hear that you'll be using the Disney Dining Plan. I absolutely love knowing that my family's meals are all paid for in advance and also love the flexibility that it provides with all of the dining options. So I hope you find the same to be true for your family!

    As for the gratuity, you can absolutely pay for it with your Disney Chase Rewards Card. Another option that you'll have is to put that card on file when you check in to your resort hotel or when you do your online check in, and then use your MagicBand to charge the gratuity back to your resort room. I find this to be the easiest and quickest way to take care of the check at the end of our meal. Plus your server will need to scan your MagicBand in order to see your Dining Plan credits anyway. But the choice is yours, and you'll be able to pay for it however you like!

    Another benefit of having your credit card on file is that you can use your MagicBand for any purchases that you make. So not only will it be quick and convenient for you to pay, but you'll also be earning rewards on your Disney Card which means you can start planning your next trip even sooner!
