Dear Moms, we are planning our trip to dw for the first week in August and are so excited. My dd who will be turning 3 the following week, is extremely tall topping off at 41inches. Should I bring her birth certificate with us? And what rides do you rec?

    Hi Salvatore!

Wow! That is a tall daughter you have there! Sounds like you might have a future basketball or volleyball player there, or even a super model! :-)

No need to bring birth certificate. Disney trusts its guests when they say their children are of a certain age.

As for the rides, here is a snapshot of rides, activities, and places my pre-schoolers thoroughly enjoyed when visiting the parks:

    Magic Kingdom

    • It's A Small World!
    • Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
    • Dumbo Ride/Mad Tea Party-Fantasyland
    • Mickey/Minnie House-Toontown Fair
    • Peter Pan's Flight
    • Disney Railroad
    • Magic Carpets of Aladdin

    Epcot

    • Imagination Pavilion
    • Innoventions
    • The Seas with Nemo and Friends
    • Kidcot Fun Stops at World Showcase
    • Journey Into Imagination With Figment

    Animal Kingdom

    • Kilimanjaro Safari
    • The Boneyard
    • TriceraTop Spin

    Hollywood Studios

    • Playhouse Disney-Live on Stage!
    • Honey I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set Adventure
    • Toy Story Mania

This is by no means a complete list, but hopefully will show that Disney has a lot of things for even our youngest. All of these items above my daughter had a terrific time doing when she was your daughter's age!

Have a super magical time on your trip!
