Dear MOMSPANEL: My family stayed at Coronado Springs two years ago and we loved it so much we are wanting to stay there again next summer. Which building do you recommend that is close to the main pool, but a short walk to the Pepper Market? HELP!

    Hi Nealy!

Our family stayed at Coronado Springs a few years ago and really enjoyed it as well. The Pepper Market is the best food court experience at Walt Disney in my opinion, and the Dig Site (main pool area) is fun and unique.

Finding a building that's both close to the Pepper Market and the Dig Site will be tough, though. You may remember: Coronado Springs is MEGA huge! The Pepper Market and Dig Site is separated by the Lago Dorado lake. To walk from one to the other usually requires walking around the lake (no water transportation or bridge to go straight across lake). I recall it taking our family anywhere from 10-15 minutes to get from the Pepper Market to the Dig Site, or vice versa. Resort staff on carts, however, will transport you around if you require...

Looking at the map, building 4 or 5 of Casitas may be somewhere in the middle (transportation-wise) between the Pepper Market and the Dig Site.

    Have a fiesta at Coronado!!
