Dear moms: I can not find any scheduled parade in February 2014 for the Magic Kingdom theme park. We love the "Move it, Shake it, Celebrate it" parade but it seems this one is also cancelled. Would you mind confirming this? Thank you very much

Yes, I can confirm that Magic Kingdom's 3 p.m. parade, "Celebrate a Dream Come True," made its final run on January 4. Disney will be debuting a new afternoon parade this spring called "Festival of Fantasy." They have not released a firm opening date yet, though.

Unfortunately, during this interim, there will not be a traditional afternoon parade but the Move It! Shake It! Celebrate It! Street Party will continue along with the evening Electrical Parade. Times always vary, so check with guest services to get a Times Guide when you arrive at the park.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
