    Dear Mandy M, thanks so much for suggesting scrap booking (from dd) for my girls. We will def do that on our first day. Any thing else you would recommend in dd while we are there? Anywhere we can get some photos printed off throughout our stay?

    I'm so glad that I could help, I'm sure your girls will have a lot of fun creating their scrapbooks!  I love to visit Downtown Disney on arrival day of vacation, we get to soak in that Disney magic without using park admission for only half a day.  I love to visit Disney's Days of Christmas shop to pick up a personalized Mickey Ears for our Christmas tree.  These ears are hand painted and I would recommend stopping by as soon as possible as I have seen a several days wait to have these ornaments personalized.  One of our must visit locations in Downtown Disney is the Lego Store.  Little ones and not so little ones can spend hours here and on certain days you can catch a special event happening which sometimes includes a free souvenir!  I would top off your day at Goofy's Candy Co. and let your girls creativity go wild with the make your own treats!  It's a sweet way to finish your first day at Walt Disney World and an even better way to start your Disney vacation!

    If you are using Disney's PhotoPass service, which I highly recommend, you can have those photos printed at any of the camera centers located in the 4 parks.  I am personally a big fan of the PhotoPass CD because I can have all the pictures I want for one price.  Plus these photos include everyone in the family and not me stuck behind the lens.  I do recommend purchasing before your trip because there is often a discount for pre-ordering ahead of your arrival day.  To print personal photos during your stay, you will have to travel off property.  There are local stores such as Walgreens Drugstores that are very close where you can print your photos.  Which may be a bit of a hassle if you will not have access to a car during your stay, but you could take a cab for around $20 (USD) depending on where you are staying.  I hope this helps and just let me know if I can help you with anymore questions!
