Terms and Conditions of Annual Passes, I am sorry to say that their purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
I know this is not the news you wanted to hear but you are more than welcome to
call Disney to further discuss your situation. If you wanted to avoid the international call rate, you might want to start looking at the Disney website from your new home country which may have different contact numbers depending on your location. You can also
send Disney an email to get the ball rolling and see if they have a specific number you might be able to call to further discuss your situation as well.
