Disneyland Resort? Without knowing the exact details and circumstances under which you received your letter, I believe you are going to need to speak with a Cast Member about this. You can try
calling the Disneyland ticket help desk at (714) 781-4636 and hopefully, someone will be able to convert the letter into admission with confirmation numbers you can link to your Disneyland account.
If you live close enough and have time before your visit, I'd also recommend stopping by
Guest Relations outside of the theme parks and presenting your letter there. Make an evening of it with dinner and shopping in the
Downtown Disney District! Once, when I had an especially unique ticketing issue, I was finally successful after speaking with someone in person so they could see exactly what I had. I know this might not be possible given your schedule and proximity to the Disneyland Resort, but I wanted to offer it as an alternative to the phone.
