Hi Moms. My dear friend and I are celebrating 20 years of friendship with a trip to Disneyland. We have both been multiple times with our families, but this time it's just us moms. What are some memorable adult adventures we might not have done with ki

    Hello Caroline!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week!

Let me tell you, having a girls trip to Disney is my specialty! I’ve been to Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort with a some girlfriends a couple of times and it is just as fun without the kids!

A few of the fun things we’ve done in the past have been: reservations at Napa Rose,
"Walk in Walt's Disneyland Footsteps" Guided Tour, a relaxing morning or afternoon at Mandara Spa at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and watching the Fireworks over Sleeping Beauty’s Castle. We’ve also been known to enjoy cocktails by the pool or ride every “Mountain” attraction; Space Mountain (which is now Hyperspace Mountain during Season of the Force), Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

You can also enjoy shopping, dining and more in the Downtown Disney District. There is so much to do at Disneyland Resort for adults it makes for the perfect getaway! I hope this helps and let me know if you need anything else as you plan your visit!

    See you real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Emily, Colorado

I’m a wife and mom to three boys, ages 15, 10 and 6. My youngest is autistic so I love helping other special needs families plan Disney vacations and show them that they, too, can have a magical time together. In addition to being a total Disney fanatic, I am also a blogger who enjoys fashion, shopping and knitting. Learn More About Emily
