    dear disney Team. ..have 2 questions: why System does not take my Reservation hotel number and 2nd can i Order the magic bands to Germany ir need we buy them in orlando?

    Hi Sandra,

    Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. Usually, when I cannot see my Disney Resort reservation number on My Disney Experience account, I have to call them to resolve this issue.  Probably,  the problem is related on the way that your name was appearing on your reservation, or the correct info about your  home phone number or either a different e-mail account .If you are staying in one of the Disney's Resort, you will receive your MagicBands at your resort by the time you check-in. They do not ship MagicBands internationally. But you can customize them on-line.
