New Year's Eve and New Year's Day are both super popular at
Walt Disney World. I know my family and I visit every year during this time and it is so much fun. I'm sorry to know that you've switched around the wrong park pass reservation. If park pass reservations are no longer available for the date you want to switch back to, there's not a lot that can be done. However, I do hope that you'll keep checking back. As people change their plans and itineraries spots do open up and this gets reflected on the park pass reservation calendar. I've had good luck grabbing park pass reservations for a date that was previously sold out by being patient and checking back - especially the closer it gets to the travel dates.
Do you have the
MyDisneyExperience mobile app? If it is available for you to use, there is a "Chat With Us" feature located within the main menu that connects you directly to a Cast Member. You can always try to reach out that way, explain the situation and see if they can switch your park pass reservations back around to how they were originally. If you aren't able to use the app until you get to the United States, this would still be a great option for you.
