    Dear Disney Parks Moms,Two questions if you have time, please. How do we prepay gratuities for the wonderful staff on the Disney Dream. Also, I can't remember if I already scheduled the pre-cruise character call. How can I find out? Thank you.

    I'm so happy to be welcoming you back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It's always so fun seeing more wonderful questions from friendly names like yours! It sounds like you've been busy planning and dayDREAMing about your upcoming cruise! It would be my pleasure to assist you with these questions.

    The Cast Members onboard each Disney Cruise Line cruise are incredible! They have created so many magical moments for my family that it makes me a little emotional thinking about them! Prepaying gratuities before your cruise is one less thing you'll need to worry about on your last day onboard. Just give Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 951-3532 up to three days before your embarkation day to prepay and you'll be all set!

    Character Calls are such fun ways to start the magic before you even step foot onto the ship! I love surprising members of my family with a call from Mickey! You should have received an email from Disney Cruise Line confirming your Disney Character Call. If you can't find an email detailing the date, time and phone number for your scheduled call, I would go ahead and log in to your cruise reservation on the Disney Cruise Line website. Then, click on "My Reservations" under "My Disney Cruise". There you will see your upcoming Disney Cruise where you can request a free Character Call. You can request up to two calls per reservation number!
