    Dear Disney Cruise, We bought all digital photo we got the access code after we purchased on the ship. We link all the cards and able to see all the photos. All photo's have watermark and not able to download. Please advise before Disney delete

    Greetings, and welcome to planDisney, Charlie!

    Thank you for consulting planDisney with your excellent question Charlie, it would be my pleasure to assist you with the retrieval of your Disney Cruise Line photos which captured all your precious memories.

    Charlie, I too, have had some past hiccups accessing my cruise photos when at home, and I discovered that it was because I had to sign in and enter my Disney Cruise Line Castaway Cay member ID number to actually associate or link my photos to my Disney Cruise Line account. If you could please try this as well, it will hopefully resolve your matter, and here is how:
    1) Sign in to your Disney Cruise Line account,
    2) Beneath the Already Booked tab please select Castaway Club to retrieve your member ID number and keep it for reference,
    3) Please return to and roll your cursor over the Already Booked tab on the Main Page and then down at the bottom of the dropdown select My Cruise Photos,
    4) On the My Cruise Photos page you will be asked to enter your Castaway Club member ID to associate or link your recent cruise photos to your Disney Cruise Line account. At this point, you should be able to view your recent cruise photos without the watermark and proceed to download your photos.

    Charlie, if you try this and the watermark is still visible, I recommend contacting the Disney Cruise Line Guest Communications Team via email at dcl.guest.communications@disneycruise.com for direct support. The team is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful, and I am confident a resolution will be reached to your satisfaction.
