Dear Customer Service, In December 2019, I bought two tickets to Disneyland Park, which we haven’t been able to use since then because of the covid. my question would be how long can these tickets be used? Or is it possible to change the names? Thank you!

    Hello Nikoletta,

Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney!

Here at planDisney, we're Guests just like you who love to share suggestions based on our own Disney vacations to help you plan a Disney destination visit that memorable and magical.

Depending on the type of theme park tickets you purchased, it's possible that the expiration date for the tickets might have been extended. The Disneyland Resort did extend the expiration dates for some single day tickets and multi-day tickets. You can take a look at the "Modifications and Cancellations" details on the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations page to get more information about extended ticket expiration dates.

The good news in general to share about theme park tickets that are unused and expired is that you can apply the amount you paid for the theme park tickets towards the purchase of new theme park tickets.

My suggestion, Nikoletta, is to call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636 and speak with a Cast Member about the expiration date details for the theme park tickets you purchased. You can also speak with the Ticket Services team about changing the names on the theme park tickets.

Nikoletta, here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
