    Dear all, I have purchased tickets for October 2020 include hotel reservation. I understood that you close the site, what is the cancellation process to get refund?

    October is a wonderful time to visit “The Happiest Place on Earth!” The theme parks are celebrating one of my favorite seasons of the year, Halloweentime at the Disneyland Resort! I love the Characters in costume, pumpkin spice treats and Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party at Disney California Adventure Park! 

    While the Disneyland Resort is currently closed to guests an announcement about re-opening may happen at any time. Did you know that plans were recently unveiled for the Phased Reopening of Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks and Resort Hotels in Florida? To stay up to date on the latest announcements related to the Disneyland Resort, make sure to check the Disney Parks Blog on a regular basis. You’ll find breaking news there first! So there is a chance the parks may reopen before your scheduled vacation. 

    If you would prefer to cancel your reservation and you booked through Walt Disney Travel Company please call (714) 520-5050 for assistance. Please keep in mind that some vacation package components may be non-refundable. If you purchased your vacation package through a third-party operator, you should reach out to that company directly.
