Hi Dana!

For most of my family's vacations, I will have snacks and water sent ahead of our arrival date so that we will have what we need when we arrive. There are options when it comes to placing your orders and I have ordered from Garden Grocer or Walmart and Amazon dot com. When it comes to receiving your mail, be sure to include the following information on the shipping label: the address of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, your name, the word "GUEST" and the date of your arrival. When you arrive, let the Front Desk know that you are expecting your package, and they will let you know when and where to pick up your items and other important information that you will need to know. I hope this helps.
