    Is there a deadline for switching hotels. Our reservation is for 10-28-18 thru 11-03-18 at AOA but my son doesn't want to stay in a princess room. Can we switch to an All Star resort. We are fully paid already.

    I am so happy that you have decided to stay at a Disney Resort hotel for your trip in just a few days! The benefits of staying on Walt Disney World Resort property keep my family coming back each visit. We also love not having to "leave" the magic each night ... it continues on to our hotel!

    To inquire about switching Disney Resort hotels for your trip, you will need to contact Disney directly at (407) 939-1936. The Cast Member you speak with can let you know of any availability for making the change, as well as any cost difference. Although Disney's Art of Animation Resort is my favorite Disney Resort hotel in the value category, Disney's Pop Century Resort and all three of Disney's All-Star Resorts are good options, too!
