Hello Jennifer, and welcome back to planDisney! I'm so glad you've sent another great question our way, and I'd be happy to help.
Like Ariel, my collection of who-zits and what-zits galore can pile up from time to time. Sometimes in a cleaning frenzy, I misplace important treasures. Fortunately, when it comes to
MagicBands,
My Disney Experience gives us the option to deactivate and report missing any that have accidentally floated away.
Fear not! Without the old MagicBands, you are not lost at sea. First, you'll want to link the new
tickets to your My Disney Experience account. The tickets should include a confirmation number; most recently for me, this was a 12-digit combination of numbers and letters. In your My Disney Experience account, click on My Plans, and then Tickets & Memory Maker. Here you should select Link Reservations & Purchases where you will then be able to input the confirmation number. Once linked, be sure to reserve your theme park days in advance using the
Disney Park Pass System.
When you arrive at the Most Magical Place on Earth, simply present a copy of your ticket confirmation and photo ID at any
Guest Relations window outside a theme park, or visit the
Disney Ticket Center at
Disney Springs. These locations will provide you with admission cards, but should you decide to purchase a MagicBand before or during your visit, these can easily be linked as well. You may want to browse some of the latest designs on
shopDisney or in the theme parks for your favorites. Guests staying in an offsite resort hotel can use MagicBands to redeem theme park admission and to link
Disney PhotoPass photos.
I hope this is helpful as you countdown the final weeks until you are part of our world. Before traveling, I recommend that you review the
newest health and safety guidelines and check out some of the
holiday happenings that will make your visit extra merry! Thanks again for stopping by, and we'll see ya real soon!
