I’ve often been guilty of a few “oops” moments when managing my profile at
My Disney Experience, more than once! If I understand your question correctly, you’ve either deactivated your MagicBand or Card or you’ve assigned your
Theme Park Ticket to another person. If you’re in the first situation, you should be able to reactivate your Way to Access the Magic quite easily by going back into the “
My MagicBands and Cards” section of your My Disney Experience account, and then clicking on “reactivate” for the card or band you’d like to use.
If you’ve assigned your Theme Park ticket to another person, if the Ticket hasn’t been used, you should be able to reassign it to the proper person. Simply scroll to the “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” section of your My Disney Experience account, click on the “
Tickets and Memory Maker” tab and then see whether your Ticket can be switched back to the proper person.
If I’ve misunderstood your question and you’ve truly “deactivated” your ticket, that’s really an option that I didn’t think was possible! If that’s the case, or none of the tips I’ve given you help resolve your situation, your only option will be to
contact Walt Disney World Resort either by phone or by using this
handy email form. Be sure to have the confirmation number that you received when you purchased your tickets with you so that the Cast Member who will assist you will be able to find your information more quickly.
