My dd'sare 11 and 13....is the halloween party at MK ok for this age? Also, I understand we can arrive at 4pm for the party but how long is the park open and can I find out what attractions are not opened during the event?

    Hi Cindy,

If your daughters love Halloween then Yes!, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is just for them (and you), in fact it is a fun experience for guests of all ages. The official start and end time for the party is 7:00pm-12:00am.  It is not advertised, but guests who have tickets for MNSSHP are able to enter Magic Kingdom with their "special" hard tickets from about 4:00pm.  You must not forget to check your MNSSHP guide when you enter the park for the times of the parade, fireworks, dance parties, meet'n'greets, etc....  These experiences are not to be missed and is one of the many reasons this party is so incredibly popular.  The operating times of the attractions are always subject to change during these special events but I have always found most of them (especially all of the really popular ones) to be open and operating during the party.  I sometimes do a search on a popular website (www.allears.net) for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and you will likely be able to find out the rides that were open and which ones were closed during last years event, that way you can compare it to this year when you will be there (please note that this can always be subject to change though).  One of the reasons for arriving earlier than 7:00pm is so you can go on a whole lot of attractions before the party officially starts when you will then want to experience things that just are offered for the partygoers.  Have a spooktacular time!

    Best wishes,
