Going for my DD's birthday next year, what is a great restaurant to celebrate at for dinner? Kids are picky eaters so the place must have a kid friendly menu. Want it to be special and something that she will never forget. Thank you!!!!!!!

    Hi Danielle!

In my opinion, there is no better place to celebrate a li'l mouseketeer's birthday than Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Not only will you be able to ride the monorail from the Magic Kingdom to get there, but there's quite a bit of hooplah throughout your meal to create a special experience for your princess. The characters have so much fun with the kids (and adults!). My advice is to book a slower time, perhaps 11:00 a.m. If you choose a less popular time to dine, the characters may have more ability to linger at your table.

You'll want to be sure to book this Advance Dining Reservation 180-days prior to her birthday, either online or by calling 407-WDW-DINE, 407-939-3463. You can also indicate your celebration at the time of reservation.

Also keep in mind a hotline exists just for CAKES! You can pre-order a special birthday cake by calling 407-827-2253.

Let me know if you have any other questions, Danielle.

    Best wishes,
    Sherri
