We have the DDP..At a buffet type place are there restrictions put on the items on the buffet that count and some that dont or are you free to choose freely off the buffet. Getting conflicting info.

    Hi there Brenda,

I can understand your concern and differing bits of information. With so many restaurants at your disposal at Walt Disney World, there are varying forms of "All you can eat" dining available. Disney offers full buffet meals where you have separate dining carts/tables to choose your food freely (I think this is what you are referring to). They also offer Family Style dining where they bring a large plate for the whole family to choose from at your table. Finally, they have plated dining where your meal comes to you individually to your seat. All of these are listed as "All you can eat" and some offer "A la carte" options as well.  So to answer your question.. it depends on the restaurant.

My suggestion is to narrow down your dining options and then take a look at the Disney Dining website for the restaurant''s menu. There are also a couple of other sites Allears.net and the disneyfoodblog.com.which offer menu reviews with pictures and everything.

I hope this information helps you with you decision. Thank you very much for asking the Moms Panel! If you have additional questions, we are always here to help! Have a magical day, Brenda!
