If I get the DDP (1 table,1 quick, & 2 snacks) how am I charged for alcohol? I dont drink at all and my son is only 15 yrs old. My daughter just turned 21 (she may, not sure) and my husband likes a beverage or two with his meals. How many are included

    Hi Melanie!

I'm a huge fan of the Disney Dining Plan and I love that the option to order an alcoholic beverage is included with Quick-Service and Table-Service meals for those who would like to have one.  I'm not a big drinker, but I enjoy a fruity cocktail every now and then.  With the addition of alcohol also came specialty non-alcoholic beverages.  These can be smoothies, milkshakes, hot chocolate or slushy drinks, where offered.  My kids love getting the flavored lemonade slushies that many Quick-Service restaurants offer.

One alcoholic OR non-alcoholic beverage is included with each meal entitlement of an adult on the dining plan.  You'll order your drinks of choice, the total zeros out and the meal entitlements are taken from your plan.  If you would like to order an alcoholic beverage for your husband to consume as your included beverage, you can certainly do that, but then you would be left without a drink for your meal or you can purchase one for yourself out of pocket.

Basically, the cost of the Disney Dining Plan is the same no matter what type of beverage you order with your meals.  I hope this answers your question!

    Have a magical day!
