On the DDP with my husband and 2 kids, ages 4 and 1, so my 1 yr old does not get a meal plan. Will I be able to share two adult entrees between the 4 of us one night? then order 2 adult and 2 child's meal another night and use the DDP for both kids meals?

    Hi Jennifer!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

Your 1 year old is too young to be on the Disney Dining Plan.  Disney basically suggests that your 1 year old share with an adult; e.g. that you both share one meal.  You will receive all of your credits upon check-in and it's up to you to manage them until midnight on the day you check-out.  So you could use 2 child credits at one meal, but that would mean one less credit on a different day.  However, when dining at Disney, you can use Disney Dining credits and at the same time pay for some things out of pocket.  So if you run out of child credits, you can always just purchase something for your children.  With regards to ordering 2 adult meals and then sharing with everybody, the answer is "yes" if you are not dining at a buffet or Disney Character Dining Experience.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
