are DDP credits transferable within the traveling party? My children will be going off property or 2 nights with family and won't use 2 of their dinners and my DH and I would like to upgrade to a signature dining, can we do this?

Dining credits are not assigned to a particular person, Deborah.  They are pooled and you are free to decide how best to use them.  That said, there is a differentiation between adult meal credits and child meal credits.  If your children are over the age of ten, you could certainly use their "spare" credits to dine in a signature restaurant.  However, if your kids are under ten, then you cannot use their child table-service credits as one of the two credits necessary for a signature dining experience.  I hope that clears things up a bit.  Happy dining!
