hi ive got the ddp but confused with the quick service meal ive looked at what you get to me its a big meal I thought it was a large snack im not complaining can you help me understand it. if I have refillable cup can I get a snack instead of drink.

    Hey Sandra-

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. A Disney Dining Plan is a great way to take the stress of cooking out of your vacation and leave it to the experts: Mickey Mouse and the gang. Let's face it, Mickey and his team sure know how to cook, bake and send our taste buds and tummies on an adventure.

The 2016 Quick-Service Dining Plan is much more than a large snack when you are ready to eat. Each meal entitlement allows you access to many food counters to satisfy your hunger. Included with the meal plan are:

"two (2) Quick-Service meals and one (1) snack per person, per night of your package stay for everyone in the party ages 3 and over, beginning after check-in to your Disney Resort hotel. The plan also includes one (1) Rapid Fill Resort refillable drink mug per person that is valid for the length of your stay (...at Quick-Service locations at any Disney Resort hotel)."

A breakfast meal will include and entree and non-alcoholic beverage while lunch and dinner delights are and entree, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverage. This has always been plenty of food for my family of four. In addition, your refillable mug may not be substituted for a snack. The insulated mugs are adorable and Guests collect them as the designs change over the years. It is a fantastic value for soft drink and coffee consumers.

Disney Dad Tip: Sometimes a snack is so filling it may act as a meal. Check out the baked sweet potato at Liberty Square Market in Magic Kingdom Park.

Sandra, enjoy making many delicious and Magical Memories.
