On the DDP, I want to do Boma and Ohana. Which would you recommend for breakfast and whch for dinner?

I would recommend Boma for breakfast and 'Ohana for dinner.

Just this past week, we went to the Animal Kingdom Lodge to enjoy a morning meal at Boma. For a buffet, I find the atmosphere relaxing, the food delicious and the service pleasant. The exhibit kitchen and African marketplace ambiance is extremely inviting. Try the West African Frunch, a delightful mixture of fruit juices and lemonade. Allow time before or after your meal to explore the scenic animal viewing areas around the resort. Arusha Rock offers nice overlooks.

You'll feast family-style at 'Ohana located in the Polynesian Resort. Skewers of delectable food are cooked over an oak fire and delivered right to your table. Children enjoy the coconut races.  This restaurant gets good reviews for service and the quality of the food. You may want to time your meal to be seated during the Magic Kingdom's fireworks. Otherwise, dine earlier and then stroll a torchlit path to the beach area and view the fireworks from there.

    Enjoy!
