    We have the DDP, for our Aug. visit, and since we have 10 people in our party I was told there would be 18% gratuity automatically added to our bill for table service. I was curious if the 18% was calculated off of the menu price or the DDP price?

    Hi Karrie!

    The 18% gratuity is calculated based on the total cost of your meal, including food and beverage. You will not pay gratuity on the taxes associated with the cost of that meal.
