Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Lucie! Your birthday plans for your Princess are filling out nicely; I think she’s going to really enjoy her makeover and the royal meals you’ve planned. If you want some other Princess (or intergalactic) activities, I have some ideas!
While you’re in Magic Kingdom, stop by Belle’s House for
Enchanted Tales with Belle. You may even be able to secure a part in the show, which kids love! In the afternoon, consider grabbing a snack and settling down on the streets of Frontierland for the Festival of Fantasy parade, where your little royal will be able to see lots of characters, including Disney Princesses and the Maleficent Dragon, which is absolutely breathtaking. Once you’ve seen Festival of Fantasy up close and personal, Tiana’s Riverboat Cruise and Ice Cream Social is a tasty and intimate way to spend the parade time, with special snacks and personal time with Naveen and Tiana herself. In Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Pocahontas meets on Discovery Island Trail and would be a great addition to your daughter’s autograph book! Lastly, as you Park Hop to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you should take in The Voyage of the Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast - Live on Stage. These classic shows are short but give a great musical digest of all your favorite storybook moments. Hollywood Studios is also Star Wars central, so Star Tours and
Jedi Training should be on your radar. Your little Leia may want to skip bedtime in favor of Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular, the fireworks and projection show! I hope your family has a magical vacation, and please let me know if you have any more questions. May the Force Be With You! ~ Lindsey P.
