My dd thinks she wants to see the Wishes nighttime show but is terrified of fireworks. we ended up trying to rush out of the park during the show last time...not easy! Any places we may be able to see Wishes from afar? not staying on Disney property.

    Hi Jessica!

A wonderful place to watch Wishes Nighttime Spectacular is from the beach at the Polynesian.  You do not need to be a guest at this resort to take advantage of this viewing vantage point.  Grab a few beach chairs and nestle in for a beautiful fireworks show complete with Cinderella's Castle as the backdrop.  You can still see everything, but are far enough away that the boom of the fireworks isn't scary.  You can still hear the pops, but not nearly as loud as if you were standing on Main Street U.S.A. in the Magic Kingdom.  If you think this is still too much, you can see the show from inside the Polynesian lobby on the second floor behind glass.

    Have a magical day!
